個人心得:

AR和Machine Learning and AI應該已經有不少App開始使用，個人是期待ML和AI廣泛地融入所有app中，讓個性化與操作優化成為日常。

至於Voice User Interface，這個雖然不錯，但語音辨識最大的問題是「使用情境」和「判斷精準度是否能100%」。「使用情境」指的是在大眾運輸、公共場所，使用者不見得想要講話，寧可用觸控控制。所以變得使用上有其場域的限制性。

而「判斷精準度是否能100%」會影響使用者的操作流程是否順暢。畢竟觸控幾乎能做到100%的觸發App事件，而語音還是可能因個人口音或噪音等其他因素，導致操作不順暢。
